Covid News

With such uncertainty in both the UK and France and with quarantine, local lockdowns and social distancing measures in place with no real sign of improvement, we have made the decision to operate Les Cimes on a bed and breakfast basis this winter season.

So what does this mean? We will change our winter prices to reflect the change, breakfast service will last longer and times may be staggered depending on the number of guest staying but unfortunately it means the evening meal will not be catered for, we will have a list of restaurants that we recommend and can book your restaurants for you in advance (highly recommended), the upside is, it gives you the opportunity to sample some of Megeve’s top class cuisine, and after all, you are on holiday.

Our flexible booking policy will stay the same, you can cancel or amend your reservation up to four weeks prior to your arrival for a full refund*

  • Due to the uncertainty regarding traveling abroad and the concerns that the Coronavirus pandemic may cause with booking a holiday right now, we have put in place a flexible booking policy so our clients can book with confidence.
  • We have been open all summer and are welcoming guests with the correct safety measures in place, we are looking forward to welcoming skiing guests and we will be operating in Megeve this winter, our staff and clients safety are a priority.
  • If your trip has to be cancelled at the last minute due to government directives, FCO Advice, local authority closures that affect skiing, hotel accommodation, the ski lift system or access to Megeve due to Covid-19, you will be offered the opportunity to change your dates free of charge, receive a credit for a future trip or we can offer a full refund. However, in the case of a full refund a £50 per person admin fee will apply.

With our new and flexible terms and conditions we hope that this will give you confidence in booking a ski holiday for this season.
